Looks good. Didn't expect to see my boy Pyro.

I watched the trailer twice and was like damn that guy looks so familiar.

The uniforms being different made me think they are the whole new TVA. The whole TVA won't be a villain, likely a separate villain and the TVA fight scenes maybe very early in the movie.

There's only one TVA though (because they exist outside of time/space). And the reason for the different uniforms is more than likely due to the ending of Loki (that and they have a movie size budget now).

Also curious to see if anyone agrees with me that Patch will actually be another actor playing a variant--Daniel Radcliffe, Dougray Scott, Taron Egerton, whoever.

I always wanted to see Hugh Jackman in the Patch get-up. My pitch was that he would have been teaming w/ Mystique in X-Men Apocalypse and be dressed up as Patch in the opening scene in Berlin where Mystique busts up the mutant fight club & frees Nightcrawler

I like Pyro's look too. It's a little Robotnik with the googles, but still a fun upgrade from the X3 look. I wonder if he'll be standing around with other familiar Brotherhood characters (Tyler Mane Sabretooth, Ray Park Toad, Kevin Durand Blob, Rebecca Romijn Mystique)

I did not realise that was Pyro until I came into this thread . I used to be a huge fan back in the X2 days.

I’m surprised at how restrained that trailer was. I was sure the trailer would end with a full look at Wolverine/maybe even a quip but they kept him hidden despite the title. I would love it if they keep up this restraint with the rest of the marketing and not spoil all the cameos. With this teaser, even a little bit of Wolverine should be enough for the second trailer so that way they can have lots of other stuff for the movie itself.

I'm still a big fan auf Aaron Stanford. He was great in 12 Monkeys tv show. Happy for him, he deserves justice

Agreed. As much as I want confirmation that all my favorites will be making cameo appearances, that'd be a fun surprise for the film's release.

Like Multiverse of Madness, maybe only show the small fish (no offense Aaron Stanford) in trailers & TV spots leading up to this.

Not sure. It seems with Wolverine and Pyro they are trying to do more comic accruate costumes. But given some of the set photos

yeah true. I honestly hope they save both of them for the actual film. The next trailer should just focus on deadpool and wolverine, but keep most of everything else under wraps.

I imagine Jennifer Garner will wear something similar to her red get-up from Elektra (2005). Or maybe if Ben Affleck can't/won't appear in a cameo as Matt Murdock, Elektra could be this universe's Daredevil

All I want from this movie is an actual story. Everything else (the tone, the callbacks, the easter eggs) look like it will be there, so I'm not worried about any of that. But my concern is the lack of a story being lost in a sea of references and cameos. In that regard, I'm glad this trailer showed that there is something behind bringing Deadpool into the MCU.

The trailer wasn't good imo...7 at best. I hope this movie is above average for the sake of MCU's longevity at the boX office and I need a film with the X-Men (after Dark PhoeniX) to be bloody successful!
