The Punisher Deborah Ann Woll IS Karen Page

It looks like we'll be seeing Karen Page in the Punisher's first season, as Woll was sighted on set with Bernthal. Will be interesting to see how she factors into the series, she had an interesting relationship with him in Daredevil.

She makes a much better love interest for frank than she does for Matt. Hopefully they explore that side of the story.

I doubt that she'll be a full-on Love Interest. Maybe a friend/ally though. Frank and Karen's dynamic was quite interesting in DD S2, so I'm glad to see her pop up here potentially.

Now that Karen Page is an Ace Reporter, that's probably why she's in contact with him.

Does this mean Frank hasn't left New York? It seemed he was heading out at the end of Season 2 of Daredevil.

I'm not gonna lie though... I thought Jon and DAW have so much more chemistry together and I found their relationship much more compelling than Matt and Karen. It doesn't help too that Matt is much more interesting with Elektra than Karen. Anyway, not that you can tell much but it just seems like she's giving him some info. I wouldn't mind them continuing to just be friends/allies.

I'd never consider those like a Mary Jane or a Louis Lane type love interest...those are just one night stands or random hook ups.

I see no reason the show can't have Castle having some type of romance. Castle might be a rage-filled and driven dude that's become a vigilante monster on his war on crime, but he's still a dude. He still has a soft spot for de ladies. He still has urges and needs to let go sometimes.

It will probably be like Spartacus where he never truly loves anyone as much as he did his wife, but he can still get involved with some other female characters.

Just like I never understood Batman can't romance or have girlfriends, why can't Punisher? It was one thing that annoyed me about Hush. I was actually getting sort of excited about Batman and Catwoman because Loeb seemed to write them well together, then it all falls apart at the end.

I just think it would be a good source for some potential drama. Like maybe he constantly tries to avoid romantic entanglements to keep everyone at a distance, but he can't help himself sometimes.

Not saying they should go as far as the Jennifer Cesare story but they could have someone like that O'Brien character.

They should make Lynn Michaels Frank's love interest. She was a woman who understood Frank and his point of view.

I'm torn on how I feel about this. I don't mind Karen, but her job status drove me nuts in Daredevil. I liked the interesting bond between her and Frank, but I don't know. It doesn't give me any hype, that's for sure.

I also wasn't crazy about some of the things done with Karen in season 2 of Daredevil and basically making her the new Ben Urich. I'm not expecting a romance with Karen, but I imagine she will give him some helpful information.

Then again, did she not say if he killed Clancy Brown in Daredevil that she would sever all times with him.

I don't know, Kastle has a pretty big following. They could definitely go the love interest route. They have the fans for it.
