They are still missing loads of scenes not in any of the deleted scenes. (Psylocke dagger's, Colossus vs Juggernaut, White House speech etc.) So i think they may be added in an Uncut version (not directors cut, since Brett will just cut it down to 30 min)

I like the "Jean senses a scared little girl" scene. Famke just has a great look on her face in that scene. lol. I couldn't watch the mtv ones, because of the Copyright stuff.

I thought they confirmed no Juggs vs Colossus fight...it was too expensive and they were running short of time. Plus most of those are rumored...I don't think Pyslocke's daggers were ever actually done with CGI. But my question was still not answered

I know I'm late to thisthread...but I just think they are plain dumb. I don't see what the hell kind of stupid ass would delete that and leave Iceman with a 2 minute "big battle" and some stupid Ice spray or whatever thehell that was. Oh well, I get the DVD tomorrow...I can hate then *Muhahahaha!*

If you spend all the time and money on scenes paying actors and adding CGI and then go and delete them to make a short running time, instant dark, etc...you are just an idiot.

Magneto's "introduction" in this film, in the church meeting, was absolutley brilliant.

The cure announcement scene would have killed that.

I loved that scene too but it wouldn't have lost its impact if they had kept the Pyro/Magneto scene in. Plus its such a waste of great looking set piece.

Psylocke mental dagger scenes were filmed its just not on the dvd for some reason.

Usually they do improve the picture quality and effects of deleted scenes on DCs. I know they've done that for Fantastic Four.

Some of the deleted scenes from X3 have no music in them either so i guess they'd need to do that too.

Dark Zavin's edit of the Phsyic battle is better. I almost got scared when Jean said "I am Phoenix." ... did famke really say that?

you know i was thinking of doing that, but it seems more intense when she says it during the close up shot of her face turning veiny. Ill try it and see what happens

Actually I think an unrated cut without Ratner's influence would be better. All the unnecessarily removed scenes, including the ones they aren't letting us see, could be put back in and there wouldn't be any censorship to worry about.

The reason they cut it out (according to the commentary) was cause it looked too cartoony.
