The one with the glowing thingies is the first one from this movie that I'm not familiar with. Damn gen 7, already? The ones I'm quite familiar are from gen 1 to 4. Some of gen 5. But I'm clueless about gen 6/7. And gen 8 is coming out soon, thats a lot of Pokemon.

There is something wide eyed and adorable about Pikachu that has a lot to do with Reynolds voice. And it really works for me.

DeVito could’ve been cool with his voice coming out of super cute Pikachu. I’m sure that some of characterization and lines would’ve been changed to fit what DeVito would’ve brought to the character. Reynolds is good though.

All I know is my AMC A-List is gonna be used quite a lot for this movie.
