Dexter: Season 2

the end of episode 2 didnt leave us much....no real cliffhanger or anything, it just ended really....episode 3 will probably start with dexters first rehab visit...confrontation with FBI Agent Lundy.... and of course from what some previews show us last week...Lundy will discover all the victims of the BHB are bad people(killers,rapist,etc) ...

my perspective...i think the public will find out about the killer killing killers...and BHB(Dexter) will have a following of support.

But will that information become public knowledge? I would think the police and feds would anticipate that kind of reaction from certain members of the public, and fear that it could interfere with their investigation. I suppose they'll have to start questioning people the victims knew, anyway.

good points... i still think that knowledge will get out somehow...its gonna be nice seeing everyones reactons, especially in dexters office, to finding a killer who kills killers....im sure they will have a little feeling of support... Esp Doakes....that would be a cool plot! Doakes hates Dexter, but supports the BHB.

also....i want Deb to find dexters slide collection, i mean airconditions do need cleaning....oh yeah...in an interview Michael C Hall talks about Debs character...he says she was asleep as far as we know(talkin about when Dex and Brian fought in the end of the season finale). so who knows what all she heard? maybe shes not only going crazy bc of the ITK, but also because she knows her brothers a killer...however...for that to work, shed have to support it in a way and feel protected in his apartment.

Sorry can any of you guys tell me why dexter said he had an addiction? i thought he said yes so he can end the relationship, than rita mentioned rehab and i got confused

What he really meant was he was in a way addicted to killing, his way of saying it but not really saying it, but Rita took it as he was a drug addict.

season finale of season 1 was an awesome episode, love how at the end everyone was cheering for him including doaks, i just love that scene

Hopefully it doesn't take a horrible gay plot twist where Dexter comes out of the closet. Other than that, I'm sure it will be awesome.

im pumped about the real season premiere in an hour and a half.... doakes confronting dex about ITK again will be great....cant wait to see dex in that room with all his victims laid out

Yeah I think thats going to be a big focus in this season and I'm glad. Dealing with Dexter's mind more than last season. I don't really care for the whole Pascual-fiancee sub plot though.

if its not laguerta then i hate the subplot too lol

Well, I think at the end of the first book, Deb already knows about Dexter, and doesn't really have a problem with it. At least I seem to have that impression.

It does seem like such a throwaway subplot.

I'm wondering how far the support group story's gonna go. The tight zoom-in on Rita when she saw Dexter's sponsor was hilarious!

Oh man, this show just keeps getting better. It's gonna be really interesting to see the progress Deb makes in the Bay Harbor Butcher case, because you know eventually it's going to come to the point where she gets too close and Dexter has to start throwing her off.

Personally, I thought last week's episode was one of the best yet. I can see that the Dark Passenger speech affected you. That $hit was masterful, I tell you.

I have to download tonight's episode tomorrow, because I don't have Showtime at my place at school.

yea last weeks episode was great....as a big fan of the books the dark passenger comments were golden....

you missed a couple twist....but none that youll care about....

agreed now. i thought it would be interesting with the twist tonight but yeah...no affect...stupid subplot...

next week needs to be a big episode....and wtf is with this algae on rocks nonsense? they can tell what harbor the boats in? i mean not only is there gonna be hundreds of boats in the harbor, but theresno telling how many harbors have that same algae....they dotn even know the BHB is from miami.
