I think that david mack/stealing art/ swiping bs talk might have pushed it back.

Apparently stupid fanboys are making a big deal cause he payed "homage" to certain comic books and artist by using panels that were shown in other comics.

And now people are trying to crucify him for it.

Mack's response to Maleev on that thread makes it sound as if he's just a big fan of the art that matches up with his own in that issue. I don't know how much trust one can invest in that statement, but that's his side of the story.
