Batman Begins Did they miss anything?

We all know that 'THEY SAY' they put everything into BB. Nothing was cut. But I ask this:
"Was there anything missing?"
It definately is possible, don't you think? Not neccessarly was it CUT OUT, but maybe...never even thought to PUT IN?

For example. Don't you all think that during the training scene with Bruce and Ducard(Ras), they should have had Bruce learning how to throw shurikans (not sure how to spell it), but you know what I mean...NINJA STARS. Because where does Batman get this crazy accuracy with these Batarangs?

(I'm not sure if there was ever a thread on this, Maybe there was, and I apologize if there was)

But what do you think they missed out on in BB??

**Another reason I bring this up, is because I read the novel, and they do mention him throwing a frisby and nocking someone out and Bruce thinks to himself "Maybe I can use some sort of throwing weapons?"**

well I was dissapointed when they missed out a key scene from year one that i was hoping to be in the film. When Wayne comes back and is sitting on the floor in his mansion researching into Gordon he hears a Bat flying around, wheich then leads him to the cave.

I had hoped that he wud have been sitting on a chair researching then a bat crashes through the window, putting him in fear. Like in year one i always thought that scene was really important

Exactly.

Where the **** was the legendary scene with the bat breaking throigh the window. The bat fluttering around was lame and boring by comparision.

Yes... The training montage stuff could've been a bit longer (with some more dialogue), IMO.

Would a bat really crash through a window just like that, for no real reason? I know birds do it sometimes, but they rarely break a regular window (AFAIK).

I dunno, Bruce was just different to the Frank Miller' Bruce.

Bruce was so much more focused and had a direct and clear course once he got back to Gotham. Year One's Bruce still had a journey to make even after he got back. He was trying to find something, then he found out he needed an X-factor for it all to work.......and then once he found that X-factor, the bat crashing through the window, it just led to becoming Batman for him.

For Batman Begins, Bruce already knew he needed an X-factor and knew what he NEEDED to do......he just hadn't figured out what it was just yet. Going back to the cave, where it all really began for him- where fear began atleast, and the fear that ultimately killed his parents started.....and then going in there an NOT being afraid. I thought that was incredble, and well done I though.

It all changed based on the theme of the movie, so that's why I don't think the crashing Bat couldn't work in the flick.

One bat leads bruce to the cave. How did the bat get in? through a window.

It's not some kind of genetically enhanced Bat that can break through a thick glass in the mansion like it owns the joint.

But I personally would have loved to see batman Pull up to the asylum in a Phantom with 20's and Flat screen monitors in the head rest.. Batman would get out slowly turn to camera 4 pull the cigar out his mouth and say "Things are about to get crazy".
