Days of Future Past Did your theatre have a paper survey?

I saw FC last night in downtown Chicago (AMC River East) and as the credits rolled, my friend and I noticed a paper survey asking questions about the film.
Did anyone else get one ? Or was this exclusive to this chain or specific theatre?
