Disappearing Decepticons

Well i don't think Scorpionox joined back with Blackout, the footage of him over Quatar when Frenzy summoned them was just reused footage from the intro,but who knows. I think if Scorpionox was with BO in the final fight,he would've came out sense the decepticons were getting their arses handed to them in the second half.

And yes SS did fire at Megatron,count how many Jets are left when SS blends in with them and count how many jets fire at Megs from both sides,same number,so SS must be one of them,it should've been made more obvious for the sake of the SS-Megs rivalry

- Barricade was on the aircraft carrier at the end of the film, so apparently, he was defeated, but the plot hole made it so we didn't see him die.

I only saw Megatron and Blackout on the carrier at the end when they drop megatron in the water.. Maybe i'm wrong.

Well Frenzy "died" in the sector 7 place, But my guess is that he's still alive. Bonecrusher was killed by optimus. Now the rest i dont know. But yeah i only saw mega and blackout... Maybe a deleted scene in the dvd?

The book and comic for Star Wars Episode III had something like this. A Jedi named Shaak Ti was killed by Grievous in the original script and comic, and by Anakin in the book. But now she is going to be alive and well in a new video game.
I'm fine with this "plothole".

This scene was shown as a deleted scene in the dvd of RoTS, but they took it out so it is not made canon. So that's why she's in the game.

The cop car was taken out by Optimus in the comic book, Megatron will probably be picked up by a decepticon submarine or turned into galvatron(whether by unicron or something else).

You pretty much can't have a transformer movie without Megatron.

Come to think of it,wouldn't Jazz have to be on the carrier too? I mean he is a "dead alien", and Ironhide said they couldn't save him,so he's gone for sure,and what would the autobots do with him anyway?It would've been best if his body was destroyed with the rest.

A more fitting tribute would be to put him on a rocket and shoot it at the sun. You don't dispose of heroes like garbage, even if said hero was terribly annoying and a woefully underdeveloped lieutenant general character.

You know I never realized it but you guys say Star Scream was shooting at Megatron also, freaking awesome!!! I remember Micheal Bay saying that SS would be himself in the movie and try to overthrow Megatron at some point, guess he was telling the truth, freaking awesome!

Ohh yeah we get that, but the dedense secretary said that the remainings of the decepticons were gonna be thrown in the water, but we didnt saw that. We only saw two :Megatron and blackout.

What happened to the other decepticons... Maybe a plot hole for a sequel?

The SS approach to the battle is very realistic: he avoids the ground combat and he did 1-2 terrific raids...and at end he hits his "enemy" Megatron to take the power.
Now he can go to Cybertron claiming to be the leader of the new army that will invade Earth.

Is it that hard to believe that maybe a couple other bodies were either

a) dropped into the water before we got to the shot of them dunking megs, or

b) the bodies could have been ferried out on more than one boat?

So a tail that's not dead signifies to you that the monster, that by the way we SAW run away and hide underground, is dead?

It was just the piece that came off, but either way holding a tail in no way signifies a dead character. We're talking about a medium of story telling based on visuals. If you don't see a dead character on screen, then he's not dead; unless you're explicitly told otherwise.

Plothole. Or maybe the tip of the tail looked short to us when it broke off, becase we had no reference to it's size and scale. In other words it was alot longer when placed alongside humans, than we thought.

I still think Scorponok's alive. He obviously escaped the military attack. I just don't understand why he didn't join the other Decepticons once they were all mobilizing in on Megatron's location.. . Maybe Blackout picked him up, but he was too damaged from the military battle to be dispatched again during the final battle..?

Exactly, Starscream was Starscream in this movie. Even though he didn't speak much they nailed his characteristics in the battle. He is easilly my favorite even though he had so little screen time.
