I think what frustrates me even more is that I'm not allowed to have a political identity outside the 2 major parties. IF I don't vote Republican, I'm a Democrat. If I criticize the Democratic Party, I'm a Republican. There's a spectrum people. The US is RIGHT WING and the rest of the world are center to left. We're not special. We're an outlier mistake waiting to end.

This won't change until we have Ranked Choice Voting or something that eliminates the stranglehold the two parties here have.

Until then it's going to have to be small incremental steps back toward the center and the massive dying off of Boomers for things to not be a democratic existential crisis every election.
