I need to catch up with the cartoon again at some point. Loved it when I was younger.

Do it my friend. I rewatched it maybe a year ago, and it was soooo much better than I remembered. Its mythology was so good.

James Wan better not screw this up, or his career is over.

Bruh, the Willy Shakes references, witchcraft, sorcery that show had no business being so good. No comment on the Goliath Chronicles season though. :unsure:

I just remember the animation quality taking a big dip for that third season.

This was one of those cartoon series that I enjoyed as a kid but also during the time when I was starting to age and phase out of some cartoons and action figure collecting. Other interests and priorities and such.
I remember this because I recall walking down the toy aisles thinking man those are cool and I'd like to have some, but I already had TMNT, power rangers, X-men, Superman, Batman toys galore that ranged from my 1989 to about 1995 years of childhood. I think my last run of action figures I ever actually collected was Dragon Ball Z and I was already a tween. Though, now as an adult I've already recollected many of these as my son and I enjoy the hobby together lol.

Anyway, I enjoyed it enough that I would definitely be interested in a movie if done right. It's a shame that "if done right" even has to be mentioned, but we have unfortunate track records that we can reference.

I guess it’s possible in a post-Kyle Chandler/Hal Jordan world, but with a wealth of casting choices at their disposal, I have some doubts they’d go for the (soon to be) 60 year old in that role.
