Actually, it's pretty common knowledge that "giving head" is gender neutral for oral sex. Just cause YOU personally havent heard it used that way, doesnt mean it's not true. It's fairly common. As I've said, even movies have used it that way. I'm sure there's someone in the world who's never heard of a Polar Bear, but that doesnt mean Polar Bears dont exisit.
