My dad bought it. Not a total loss since it came with the second game, and I enjoy the games, but I mean. Damn. I actually have a copy of this crapfest in my house. Another redeeming quality is Loken's fantastic boobahs.

Burn it, torture it, what ever you can do to destory this nonsense do it. Before it causes some real damage to the minds of your family.

First, Slap your dad, and point at the movie and say "NO!"
then throw it on the ground, stomp on it, shred the CD, then take the case and burn it like it's a sacrafice.

And then sacrifice a virgin.

Well... that has nothing to do with Bloodrayne. It's just for pure fun. :p

um.. Ok, Boll's a horny bastard and is going to hell. Yay!!!!

I thought that was like the most unbelievable thing in the whole movie. I can picture Boll, "Ok when she removes her clothes..... lick her nipple..... yeah *reaches hand into pants* yeah...... I like it like that..... "

No, you should do a virgin, that's probably more fun.

How did he even get her to do that?
She must really be a BIG ****e in real life or something.

Or was happy to be getting an acting job.

She's an actress, it's her job.

And I'm not smacking my dad over movies, especially since he buys s**t like The Godfather and the Alien Quadrilogy and The Shield. A few crappy movies every now and again isn't much.

It would still be funny, if i slapped my dad and told him NO because he bought a beyond crappy movie, he'd laugh his ass off, then so would i.

That's the beauty about working in a video store. I get to laugh at all the people who rent/buy ****ty movies, and it's ok because I don't know them.

Lol, if i worked at a video store, i would say- "Are you sure you want that? It's a piece of total s***."

Sometimes I'll be merciful and warn about the movies. Like I did when Catwoman came out.

Beware!!! You might want to kill yourself if you read this:

Malthe in Uwe Boll's BloodRayne 2
Source: Brightlight Pictures November 6, 2006

Brightlight Pictures announced today that Natassia Malthe (DOA: Dead or Alive, Elektra) will star in Uwe Boll's BloodRayne 2. Released on DVD earlier this year through Visual Entertainment, BloodRayne marked the first time a theatrical release was packaged with the complete original PC game which inspired it.

In the BloodRayne 2 movie, as in the game, only Rayne, born of the unnatural union of vampire and human, stands between an unsuspecting humanity and a horrifying vampire dawn. The screenplay is written by Christopher Donaldson and Neil Every.

In addition to the "BloodRayne" franchise, Brightlight Pictures and Uwe Boll have partnered on a number of features, directed by Boll, including House of the Dead, Alone in the Dark and the upcoming Postal, Seed and In the Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Tale, starring Jason Statham, John Rhys-Davies, Ray Liotta, Leelee Sobieski and Burt Reynolds.

"'BloodRayne 2' marries the vampire, action and Wild West genres, and we are very excited that this movie is going to innovate a fantastic new look," says Brightlight Pictures' Shawn Williamson.

"I’m excited to do a sequel to 'BloodRayne' and this time in the Wild West. I'm a big fan of Sergio Leone and John Ford," says Uwe Boll.

Like Catwoman, I love the character....but not so much a fan of the movie...

but it had gore and boobs...so...that's something.

If Natassia Malthe is hot in it, I won't mind.

Bloodrayne wasn't a bad film. It wasn't good, wasn't okay...wasn't even so-so. I give it a 5/10, which is a D. It had some nice camera angles and nice music, but that was really it. Sure, the screenplay was better than HOTD and AITD...but the acting (except for Will Sanderson, Billy Zane) was bad. The gore effects didn't look convincing, props didn't look convincing...Boll has a problem getting people to act. He got decent performances out of Slater and Dorff in AITD, but a better director would have not messed with the script. 2 of the 3 writers for AITD admit him combining all of the drafts and it being rewritten. I'm sure Slater and Dorff signed on to the flick reading an earlier-alright-draft

Alright AITD Draft.

I expect Bloodrayne 2 to go DTV. Bloodrayne was a huge bomb here in theaters and worldwide. I'm sure he has recoup some of the budget by selling the movie overseas to distributers.

In the Name of the King could be a big bomb in theaters. It doesn't look bad, Jason Statham looks good and kicks ass in it, has nice music, and the fight scenes could be good. The script and acting from everyone else besides Statham worries me. I think the chance In The Name of the King going to theaters depends on how well Rogue does in theaters (Jet-Li vs Jason Staham, end of story) I did e-mail the guy who ran one of Boll's movie websites and was told that a distributer for In The Name of the King would be announced sometime between October-December 2006. Universal is (or was at the time) interested in it just because of the names involved.

I haven't seen it but it looks pretty awful. I can't believe Ben Kingsley and Michael Madsen are in it.
