I'm not talking about a 100% probablility that they are all peaceful. I'm sure there is an infinite number of interstellar warlike species. Imagine if there is an alien race that looks like the aliens from the movie Aliens. And in it's language, the proper way for it to say "we come in peace" is to growl in your face and show you it's teeth.

Miscommunications probably cause a lot of wars. I simply believe with a high level of confidence, but without being positive of course, that most interstellar traveling species are peaceful and enlightened.

Don't worry. It doesn't make you an ass.

look at your avatar... aliens do exist

Look at you, hacker: a pathetic creature of meat and bone, panting and sweating as you run through my corridors. How can you challenge a perfect, immortal machine?

Well, according to 6:12 of Argabobbel, God sent the two Bobbilonian kings of Merucri to populate the Earth. The kings are then sacrificed to create a previously non-existant being named Adem. God then sends rocks from another galaxy to populate the Earth with other animals, such as the duck.

From this information, which is stated in the Mimle, I have come to the conclusion that for God to have sent kings from places other than the Earth, they must have originated from another place. So maybe, really, God created life on another world and sent them here to form another world, and this cycle will continue in 1000 years. At that time, the two most powerful rulers will be claimed by God and sent to another distant world, where they will be lost to form another being.

I refuse to go by any other interpretation. I'd rather die than even think about this truly REAL tale being false. So, yes, aliens do exist. Why ask? :o

Of course they exist, they can exist in manors we can not even imagine. Its foolish to put them into human terms,or ideals.

People refuse to belive aliens exist because of social, religious or personal belifs.Denial.

There's billions of trillions of planets, to think that we're the only planet with lifeforms on it is pure idiocy and arrogance.

I for one 100% agree that they exist, it is far too impossible that we are the only inteligent life forms around, well i just want to know how many of you think there is extra terestrial life out there in space.

and do you think we well ever come into contact with them.

I wouldn't say it is impossible, just depressing if we are the only and supossed highest forms of life. In the known Universe.

Don't you hate that? I'm a very argumentative person, and that's probably my favorite thing about message boards, and somebody comes along disagreeing with me, and gives you no reasons or evidence for you to refute.

It's like come on man. Come play.

I honestly don't know... hey, if they do, I hope we meet them one day...

I don't like the term "argumentative", I perfer the term "onery".
There's nothing better than a good old fashioned internet brawl.

It was a simple question, why do I need to draw it out and into a 3 paragraph post. I'm Christian, I guess that reason enough.

What's wrong with the term "argumentative?" Is there something wrong with that? What makes "ornery" so much better? Who are you to judge my choice of the word "argumentative?" What's your problem man?
:woot: :yay:

So you subscribe to the "aliens are demons attempting to lure us into a one world government"?

How does you being Christain diminish the possiblity of aliens existing? How does it influence you not to believe in their existence?

This is why religion is so unreliable for finding answers about the world. "My religion says so. That's why. It has nothing to do with evidence, reason, or intelligent thought. It's my religion. That's why."

:whatever: Faith. Who needs it?

It isn't any fun to argue with Christians about aliens or evolution, because they can't offer any logic or scientific proof for their beliefs.

I'm part vulcan, I believe that logic should be used in belief systems.

Faith. I need it and so does world.

But hey, you have your rights to believe whatever you want.

Faith. I need it and so does world.

Faith is believing in something with no evidence, that is nothing the world needs. The planet needs logic and reason, not the flying pink unicorn that you belive exists.

hey, I'm a Christian, and yet I'm not even sure if they exist or not... I find it hard to believe that there isn't another world out there that can't support life...

Pink Unicorns, that's funny.
