Do you think Chris O'Donnel played a good Robin?

The script obviously wasnt great for him, and was awful in b&R, but overall do you think he did a good job as Robin?

No, I think he was too old and wasn't a good choice by Shumacher.

Well to be fair, it wasnt really his fault he was too old...

And I also said, he wasn't a good choice.

I thought he did a great job in Batman Forever, only he was too old.

Him being a whiny prick in Batman and Robin bugged the Hell outta me, though.

Imagine if Bale had got the part for Robin, wasted in B&R and never got BB. How awful would that be.

O' Donnel was fine. He was a little too old but he was fine. Kilmer and him had some decent chemistry.

Agreed. I love the clashes between them. It's the older brother telling the younger brother not to follow in his path. After Forever, I was so looking forward to seeing this version of Batman and Robin again....and sadly, they never did.

I see that as somewhat of a flaw. Bruce and Dick have a father-son relationship. But, since O' Donnel was so old, I guess, an older and young brother relationship was the next best thing.

I think he did well with what he had to work with.

I don't see how it is a flaw. They changed the relationship. It works. Bruce Wayne, the ultimate orphan, finally gets a brother.

He did the best he could with what he was given. I really don't like the character of Robin (in the comics and film, the only time I really liked him was in BTAS) so I can't say much.

While he was too old, he did a fine job in BF as Dick Grayson, and an even better job as Jason Todd in B&R.

Chris O'Donnel was better off playing Nightwing not Robin.

But Nightwing is Robin...just older.

See, if they made a movie ABOUT Nightwing, O'Donnelle would be perfect.
But they're not, so he's gonna be unemployed for quite a while.

he was a bad robin and a bad nightwing.. even thou he was still calld robin

I agree with Lord Doom. Not just because he's sexy, funny, and a god among men, but because he makes a damn good point.

You know who would've been an even worse Robin and Nightwing?

Joss Whedon.

I thought he was decent in Forever. Hated him in B&R
