Hughes is a cover artist, meaning that he draws dynamic images that devoid of expressions or originality, really. Pretty much all of his women have the same facial structures and carry the same body type.

Cho is comic book artist, meaning that he can draw dynamic images and portray emotions and expressions through his drawings. While a lot of his body types can be the same, it's his storytelling techniques that make him the bettter artist.

Haha. Forgive me. The answer to that question would most definitely be Cho. Hughes' figures are too oddly shaped. He tends to draw the shoulders being pretty wide, and the body getting progressively thinner as it goes down. The hips and waists on his women always look off compared to the rest of the drawing, in my opinion.

Cho goes the other way and makes the hips and on his women look like they could birth quintuplets all at once. He does draw very healthy-looking women, though; gotta give him that. I hate it when comic artists draw their women like anorexic bags of bones more than anything else because, beyond just looking gross, these women are superheroes. They kick full-grown men's asses all day long. No way should they look like the high school binger.
