I'm fine with it in the movie (I haven't complained about the camo-suit after all). And that kind of stuff has always been there in this franchise.

But here, this is just lazy and generic. And again, the double standard bugs me.

I'm just laughing at "Next gen Matrix" considering how much of Ghost in the Shells imagery the Matrix borrowed. The Wachoeskis straight up brought ghost in the shell to their pitch meetings for The Matrix.

Scarlett Johansson cover the March 2017 issue of 'Marie Claire' magazine. Scarlett wears a 'Gucci' dress from their Spring/Summer 2017 collection. Inside the magazine the actress speaks about the controversial casting of the movie 'Ghost In The Shell'. Here is what she had to say:

“I certainly would never presume to play another race of a person, “Diversity is important in Hollywood, and I would never want to feel like I was playing a character that was offensive. Also, having a franchise with a female protagonist driving it is such a rare opportunity. Certainly, I feel the enormous pressure of that- the weight of such a big property on my shoulders.”

Where as in the UK and Europe we have plenty of curvy girls. I am not saying she is ugly BTW, far from it. But she wouldn't make my top 50 that's for sure. Maybe even top 100.

Anyway, looking forward to this.
