I only played WoW for a few months and I know nothing about the lore, but I am looking forward to this a lot. A buddy has a small part, cast looks good, I like the sound of humans vs orcs, and both sides having their own thought out motivations rather than the orcs just being straight up evil. Also seeing those WoW commercials with cinematics that look really freaking cool, and this having 20 months of post production, the effects will look really cool.

I can spot that the lower is Dominic Cooper but any clue who is playing Orgrim? Clancy Brown?

Rob Kazinsky. Clancy Brown is playing another orc called Blackhand. Clancy Brown as an orc is going to be epic.

This movie will either be a massive hit, or a massive flop, I can't see it doing mediocre..the story is there, and so many cool elements, it's just I PRAY they don't try to base this on warcraft I in it's entirety, and they have a trilogy at least planned, to at least bring us to the events of warcraft II down the road, because the betrayals, the magic, the background and history of all these characters are really cool.

I'll probably start posting more here :-), given that my user name is actually from warcraft haha..just it's based off the hero "grom" and people just started calling me Grommers back in the day (13+ years ago.)

I'm really excited for the casting though, they look a lot like there pixelated characters, so that's a good thing.

today's news got me even more excited for this film

i have a friend that works at Blizzard. i'm gonna ask him if he's in the know with anything surrounding this movie.

Loving the look of the orc. Papa Stark looks hilarious.

THE HORDE

Durotan (Toby Kebbell): The lead protagonist for the Horde, Durotan is the noble Chieftain of the Frostwolf Clan, battling to save his people and his family from extinction.

Really excited by the movie.Looking forward to it.

BUT I cant help but think that they should have based the movie on WC3 with Thrall in the lead.Instead of condensing WC1 and WC2 into 1 movie.

That Orc looks like it came right out of the game. I'm so ready for this movie...just two more years. :(

was surprised to see anything considering the movie is so far away but i'm hyped

I'm not a WoW nerd but I know the basics of the lore via association over the years.

I do hope this movie is a hit, If so then this could be a huge franchise. I was a big addict of the game a couple years ago but lost touch with it. So im game to watch this film but Why cant they release this in 2015.

I'm all for heavy fantasy that's not Middle Earth related.

I also like how the armor has that over-the-top Blizzard design. Colorful and almost cartoony, yet appropriate.

I am all for this working if it is good. But that is the most important bit. Being good.

Wow that orc looks really awesome. right out of the World of Warcraft game cover.
