Interesting since I just watched a bootleg copy from my neighbor. It was a taken with a video camera from the theater. It's not there.

Many bootlegs were missing scenes for some reason. For example, when Spidey opens the water tank, it cut out a few of the beats where we see Sandman's head rotated, looking at the tank.
However, every single copy I've seen, theatrical, 2 bootlegs, and DVD have included the feet up on the desk scene.
I believe scenes are missing from the bootlegs because the bootlegger ran out of tape, had to pop in the next one and start recording... It seems like only a small lapse in time.![]()
I don't remember that in any trailers, but I do remember seeing that in the theatres, both times.It's amazing what people think they remember. That scene was only in the trailers and not the threatrical cut.
It might be in some DVD's but it wasn't in the theatrical print.
