The weird thing is the timing of all of this. This is the Road to Wrestlemania. Wrestling is supposed to be at it's best at this time of year. This kind of anger/displeasure from fans usally doesn't and isn't supposed to be happening now.

Not true though. It has been like this for years. WM hasn't been a "good time" in a long time.

Those shirt designs are good and I can see them selling. I don't why they haven't done anything with fire motif considering Bryan's in-ring gears has flames on it.

Agreed. Mania season was once the time where WWE brings their A game with storylines, matches etc etc.

Now their "A-Game" if shoving Part timers and other **** down their audience's throats. It's like WWE brass use Mania season as a chance to BLATANTLY circle jerk their own egos for all to see. It's downright despicable how self-absorbed Vince Mcmahon and co get during this time of the year then they "make up" for it by indicating long term change during Summer THEN they go back to being sh***tty in the Fall/Winter. Rinse and Repeat.

Yep and yep to both of these posts.

I mean, look at that CM Punk picture from above. CM Punk's departure is getting a huge amount of (negative) mainstream buzz even by WWE standards. Unless of course...this is the biggest swerve in recent history. And even if it was, I'm still not sure what the payoff is supposed to be.

My thing is that guys like Ziggler work their butts of but get buried week in and week out. Now the one of their biggest stars is rumored to have walked out ( Punk) their top guy list is dwindling. We have the awesome D Bryan who is not getting pushed properly, the tired and boring Cena, Orton, Batista, and the only there for the big pay day Brock Lesnar.

Fans hopefully will continue the chants and get under Vince and Co's skin to the point where they have to listen. I mean so far this WM season is off to a crappy start.. Unless Sting has indeed signed with WWE and is facing Taker at mania then they get cool points for that.

Austin and Jericho were talking on their podcasts about how guys today have less freedom and no leverage to use since WWE is only game in town. And because of that, either you have to comply or you could lose your job. WWE is a monopoly.

CM Punk pretty much spits in the face of that. He doesn't care.

I will say this much, If there is one thing I'm happy about it is......The fact that WWE's political BS is finally blowing up in their face. After all the jerking around, the burying, the insulting of the audience, etc etc. It is FINALLY coming back to bite them in their asses.

And the timing of it is amazing. On the eve of WWE Network and the 30th anniversary of the biggest show of the year. Reaping what you sow can be rough.

It's interesting to see how this effects the company and it's fanbase. There's no WCW for people to run to like they did after Survivor Series 97 when a lot of people were pissed at Vince. Foley was one of them. He no showed Raw the night after in protest.

I like and prefer the latter two more. The first is too 'Attitude era' orientated and not very fitting.

I just don't understand how the guys that run the show could be so stupid and short-sighted.

They've had so many chances to build current stars to be credible main events and they blow it every single time.

Yea I wish that WCW or ECW were still around since TNA is no threat to WWE. But it's nice to see them reaping what they have sowed near Wrestlemania and the WWE Network. That BS hunter and Vince do my playing favorites and stuff ain't flying anymore with fans.

I think it would be fantastic if WWE stars that have been getting screwed or buried all went on strike and walked away to prove a point. They just don't show up for a house show or better yet live Raw or Smackdown.
