Iron Man 2 Edward Norton / Bruce Banner / Hulk Cameo

Im in the beginning and the end of the movie. I also have friends that were in the movie the entire time. They were the Tony Stark Expo Volunteers.

They filled me in on all the stuff that they shot when I was not there. Never once, did they tell me that the Hulk was in the movie.

IF The Hulk shows up, I strongly doubt it would be during the climactic battle. If anything, it'll be another post-credit scene, like the Nick Fury cameo at the end of the first film.

Is anyone able to get in touch with Letterier re: the new TIH edit?

lol... i'm sure... you sound like this guy 4 years ago that was cast as Avalanche in X3...

please, though, tell me more.... because even though I'm pretty sure you are in your mom's computer room right now, I'm sure your a marketing expert who is also a night time Ninja assasian who is secretly dating Kate Beckinsale... please, continue

Don't be ignorant. Just because she isn't giving you the scoop you want to hear doesn't automatically make her a liar.

Well I just twittered Jon Favreau to see if he could put an end to this.

I guess we will have to wait and see if he confirms or denies it.

LOL Oh yeah I can see it now. Hi Jonh, I was an extra on IM2. You most likely never saw me there but I'm in the beginning and the end of the movie. I want to put an end to the rumors that The Hulk is in IM2.........

LOL Please, if they want to keep it a secret, they aren't going to tell an extra.

edit: Now I am being a smasta$$.

To be fair, I think she just meant twittering him as a fan, rather than boasting about any connections to the film.

No, its unlikely he's going to give us fans a juicy scoop on twitter.... but who knows, it can be interesting to see HOW he would respond to such a question. The difference between a "no" and a "no comment" can fuel much speculation...

What makes you think Iron Man 2 comes before The Incredible Hulk?

because stark says to fury he don't want to join his boysband in the trailer's comic con

hey men, maybe we have a trailer today. Gi joe is at cinema now in france. that's cool !!!!

I think this is the umpteenth time someone has come on these boards, stating to be envolved in the film... but only to dissapear after the film is released...

I think you must be the third though, to beleive them...

because we all know.. that if your an extra, in arguebaly the biggest film of next suumer, you spend your time on the hype touting tidbits of info... of course... it all makes sense doesn't it.. plus considering, anyone envolved during the film process, would have had to sign a "no disclosure" agreement, specially if they were envolved in any "climax" of the film...
I was an extra in a little indy film that was filmed up here in Wisconsin.. I had to sign one, Modus Operandis is the title of the film I was in...

Redd is actually pretty popular on here, generally, and - coincidentally enough - her honesty has never been challenged until she failed to satiate the fanboy thirst for a Hulk cameo.

Yeah, there are plenty of BSers, and I've seen enough of them to typically spot their behaviour from a mile off. But Redd hasn't been giving false scoops or spreading lies like such BSers always seem to get a kick out of doing. She merely said she was an extra in the film, but she couldn't give anything away because of the confidentiality agreements she signed.

To me, it seems like you've stumbled in late to the conversation, and just made assumptions about Redd without taking the time to read up on her history first.

well, then if that's the case, I'm sure she has a facebook account, lets get a pic of her, then compare to the filmed results?

Ummmm..... why should she do that exactly? She should sacrifice her privacy, AND give people who have already shown groundless hostility and dislike towards her access to her Facebook account.... when she might not even show up in the movie by the time they've cut and edited the scenes down?

i think redd says the truth

Then whose to say it's at the end?

Between Whiplash, Widow, and WM with a sequence toward the middle, Hulk popping up in the middle or 2/3 in the film just doesn't fit. Not saying I have read the script but Hulk in the middle of all that doesn't make much sense. At the end I can see it. All we should realistically expect is a glorified Banner cameo toward the end.

Agreed, I was just being a smasta$$. My Bad. And it's Nortons "I'll let them tell you" comment that is the fuel to this fire. Burn baby burn.

I don't The Hulk randomly showing up at the end would work very well at all. You don't watch a Batman movie (or, indeed, read a Batman comic), expecting Superman to swoop in out of stage left, beat The Joker, and save the day. This is Iron Man's battle, Iron Man's story, so I imagine it'll be Iron Man (and War Machine) who save the day at the end.

Like I said, IF Hulk/Bruce Banner shows up, I'd imagine it would be in a post-credits sequence.

i think it could be better to show banner before the credit sequence like tony stark in the incredible hulk.
It was excellent.

How about you drop it and just stick to the topic of this thread?

What makes you think Iron Man 2 comes before The Incredible Hulk?

The boy-band reference from the SDCC'09 screening of IM2 footage. By the time TIH rolls around, it seems he's on board with the idea, per his cameo in that movie.

I agree. However the after-credits sequence thing is getting a bit old, IMO. I'd like them to fit the cameos into the main body of the movie. At least Stark's cameo in TIH happened before the credits rolled(albeit still right at the very end).

Id like to see Hulk get some mention in the middle of the movie as well, so if he does (probably not) but if he does how up in the end it wont be like Whoa where the hell did this guy come from haha. Id like to see him have a part in the end kinda like TIH.

Well the newbie who started this ruled that out. So someone is either not in the know how or it's all BS entirely. If Hulk had a sequence how could they possibly keep all of that under wraps... even from extras? If it's a brief Hulk out at an undisclosed location during the filming I can see that. I don't see the point of that unless Hulk appears later in the film... or it's a cliff hanger... :cwink: I am just trying to figure out a way it could work without the two reports conflicting with one another.

I have already answered him
don't make me angry:woot::bh::woot: i joke, don't worry, huh ?

It would be awesome for Norton to be in IM2.

He did a brilliant job in IH and hopefully in Avengers if they have signed him up.

I heard this rumor too. The Incredible Hulk was a great movie. I'm really hoping this is real.
