Well, it took me like 100 tries but I finally beat the last boss of the DLC. I won’t say who it is, because it’s kind of a spoiler. But that was definitely the hardest boss fight in Elden Ring and maybe in any game ever. Though it’s hard to say for sure, at least for me, since I couldn’t even get past Laurence in the Bloodborne DLC or the FIRST boss in Sekiro lol.

Anyway, I hope this isn’t the final word on Elden Ring. If it is, I can’t complain; while I have a handful of criticisms of the DLC, it’s easily the best expansion I’ve ever played in any game and Elden Ring as a whole is just a masterpiece. I hope that Miyazaki and GRRM team up for a sequel because I think there is a lot of potential there, and I’m all for a TV series or a movie adaptation. But if none or that stuff is in the works then I’m just happy we got what we got and I look forward to FromSoft’s next game.
