Elon Musk Buys X (formerly Twitter): Just Use Bluesky, Threads, or Mastodon Instead

Someone is going to end up buying Twitter for 1 billion, and Elon is going to have to eat it.

I honestly think he would rather shut the servers off than to admit he failed. Never underestimate the power of spite in narcissists.

Guess they noticed he uses Tesla as his ATM for withdrawals now.

Bloomberg Businessweek - Elon Musk’s Twitter Is a Shakespearean Psychodrama Set in Silicon Valley
He’s ruling his newest acquisition the way he rules the rest of his empire: impulsively, erratically, vindictively, loudly. It really doesn’t need to be this way.

A lot of forum embeds are going to be broken as Musk's reign of terror continues.

The Independent - Prominent liberal journalist Aaron Rupar suspended by Twitter

Musk has also banned The Washington Post's Drew Harwell.

Oliver Darcy, CNN: "It appears Twitter has banned the accounts of Aaron Rupar (@atrupar) and Washington Post reporter @drewharwell. Unclear why, but this seems to be the final tweet from Harwell [talking about the banning of Elonjet]."

Oliver Darcy, CNN: "It appears that my colleague @donie has been banned as well."

Musk is also deleting tweets of people who talk about him banning people or otherwise. Matt Binder has been banned too.

He's banned Ryan Mac, and he's blocking people he doesn't like from being trending topics on twitter as he bans more and more accounts.

Musk is purging the Twitter platform of prominent journalists and critics.

There's nowhere to go but down on Twitter with emotional tantrum child Musk running it. News media and everyone decent should move to other platforms.

It would seem he's blaming journalists and critics for why he got booed for minutes with Chapelle and this is him lashing out. He's miserable and some big investors are getting antsy to fire him from Tesla.

Elon Musk: "I hope that even my worst critics remain on Twitter, because that is what free speech means" (April 2022)

He's banned journalists from The Intercept, The Washington Post, NY Times, CNN, and many others tonight.

Spoiler alert: Musk already worked with the Chinese government to censor his critics in China. Now he does it with Twitter.

Despite what Musk wants and his paranoia since being publicly booed, plane data is public information.

Planes have to know where other planes are so they don't crash into each other.

Musk is just showing you what "free speech absolutists" actually believe in and it is not free speech that they don't like.
