Wow! Great episode. Charlotte's dead.

Next weeks finale looks awesome. Marcus and Blade face off like he and Deacon Frost did in the movie, and Chase tortures Shen. I hope it's longer than an hour.

You know, we spent the entire season building up to Collins finally meeting Blade. I was sure this plotline, which they kept randomly inserting into almost EVERY EPISODE, was going somewhere big...

Apparently I was wrong. It was going absolutely NOWHERE! Man, what a waste of time. And not just a little time. They wasted time in almost every episode this year on this crap!

as much as this show would have functioned as a prequal, the season finale is shaping up to be pretty damn badass.

Good ep as usual. Fighting was a bit...meh, but generally the action was good anyway. That big guy is just not the best fighter is all. Neither is Sticky, I know, but this guy is just good at looking intimidating.

This season's end is seeming rather rushed though. Didn't expect Charlotte to buy it so soon and from the looks of it, Marcus will as well...Without even a grand scheme. I hope all this is is their first fight.

I kinda hope they do, because at least then we'd get SOME closure on this show despite the fact that it's looking highly questionable that it'll come back for another year. Besides, I still see Chase as a great potential big bad for the future.

the fact that the actor who plays Van Sciver has been so anxious to hear about the show being picked up or not tells me that he's gonna make it out just fine.

Yeah thats automatically what i thought when i saw it. When i saw Marcus and Blade fight. So if Blade would kill marcus who's gonna be the big bad next season if the intend on a season two. Plus some good fight scenes with krista and chase it looks.

towards the end i was wondering when the season finale was, cause it debuted in June. I'm surprised the cop lasted as long as he did.

Yeah, that was kind of dissapointing. Was hoping to get a new member for the team but...Wow, yeah. Everything is beginning to feel rushed. They took all this slow build up only to realize "Oh f**k! We can only do 12 episodes! Umm. Clip-note it!".

That's reality for ya. If anything, I'm happy it didn't go further than this episode, 'cause Blade can't have too many regular allies.

But in any event, great episode, as Krista is still clearly having feelings for Marcus, and Chase's patience is clearly being tested.

It would blow my mind - in a good way - if Chase successfully killed Krista next week. Sadly, I bet the reverse will be true.

I myself was disapointed that they killed off the Fed as well. Seems like wasted potential to me.

Like i said before. i was surprised the FBI agent made it that for. I guess reason he got bite by charlotte instead of ashing her cause he thought of his daughter that got killed and his feelings got into the way and it ended up getting him killed.

Yeah wasn't the last time we saw him was when he went and talked to the vampire Marcus ended up ashing for killing his wife 100 years ago and got him into what he is today a vampire himself.

I just wanna mention that Blade's one-liner - "Can you hear me now?" - was pretty lame. Man, I've had it with references to those cell phone commercials.

To me it worked just because it was Blade saying it. Wesley would have made it a million times cooler though.

Good episode...loved the fight scene with Lurch...I'm so glad those two are out of the way now. I was just starting to like Collins though...too bad. Shen kicked a$$ last week and then took a backseat this episode. Anyway season finale looks dope...probably won't see another Chase and Crista kiss, more like a drop kick!

Great show. Not quite as stunning as last week but still very good.

I hate to see two of my favorite characters die. Charlotte was just an evil little beast that made even the most mundane dialogue seem foreboding. I thought maybe Collins would join Blade&Shen and offer some Whistler type knowledge to help manage Blade's temper. There goes that idea...

What this eppy did succeed in doing was turning MVS back into an evil vamp. With all the shows lately that had sympathetic storylines to him, we needed a reason to hate him when Blade showed up. His random killing did that. They also built the tension between Chase and Krista to a fever ptich with the necklace point.

The fight scenes were OK: more functional than beautiful. I liked the scene with Charlotte's bodyguard and Blade's one-line "Can you hear me now?" LOL!!!

Next week looks awesome. I hope it's not the last one.
