Everything That's Wrong With Pineapple Pizza

I love pineapple on my pizza.

Before I gave up meat, my pizza of choice was pineapple/pepperoni. Now its pineapple/green pepper.

idk why I love it so much, it's just great having every possible food group in every bite.

Random meat selection, green/red peppers, black olives, red onions, mushrooms. Stuff like that.

I don't like pineapple on pizza. But i do like the fruit separately.

Pineapple wouldn't be my first choice on a Pizza, however I have had it, and am not against it. It can be quite nice and refreshing. I generally go for the Four Cheese or Meat Feast option, the latter of which can sometimes be far too salty.

Ham is the traditional topping to go with pineapple, but grilled chicken and/or bacon works good too.

I'm open to different pizzas toppings. Eating the exact same type all of the time gets boring. Mushroom, and onion was my go to for a few years until it got old. But a Chicken, Bacon, Onion, Tomato, and Ranch pizza opened me up to pizza not even needing tomato sauce. So I tend to change up my pizzas a lot anymore.

I still don't like pineapple on pizza though. Though to be fair I don't like pepperoni much either.

Oh sure, you can have any number of different things as your base. Last time we had pizza we had one with a Honey Garlic base and one with Tequila Lime. Great stuff.

The thing about pineapple on pizza is all about creating contrasts. Also, it's juicy. I like to develop new tastes and explore "old" ones every time the possibility occurs. Anything could be extravagant if add a bit of spices... or pineapples!

But ones who don't like pineapple pizza maybe just afraid. Cause, you know, every time you eat pineapple, pineapple eats you!

I refuse to even taste it honestly it's rare u find a pizza shop in NYC that has a whole pie of it maybe 2 or 3 slices for the occasional confused fool that likes it lol
