It can work. Maybe we see Harvey get the acid thrown on one side of his face, but don't get a clear visual of what it's done. Then by the time the end of the movie comes, when Dent shows up to kill the cop, his face is finally revealed. Insinuated first, shown flat out at the end of the movie. That would bide enough time to make it reasonable. It's a good note to end the movie on, and one hell of a cliffhanger. Sets up the next movie perfectly.

This is pretty much what happened.

Christian in typical Hollywood prima donna form, wasn't "feeling well", and was kind of hostile to about a group of 7-8 fans who approached him. A former board member (who me and my buddy quickly became friends with), his wife asked to snap a picture ... she got no response and snapped it anyway, and he went off on the beautiful lady. Calling her a "f@cking b*tch", and then flicking her off. I was just chilling with the security guard, who was telling me entertaining stories of past movie stars he has had to work with. And I saw it all go down with the group who approached Bale. That night Bale just came off as a complete pissy pants little Hollywood biatch that first night. Especially considering they really didn't have him do anything that vigorous. All they had him doing was climbing the ladder you see in his first meeting with Gordon. Then they would cut and have the actual stunt man jump off a 10 story building. So Bale has it easy that night, and was still whining.

The funny thing was, he was interacting with me and this other kid earlier that night before filming ended. The next night he apologized to the husband and wife, and he signed pictures for the people there, and talked alittle bit. etc. The coolest was w/o doubt Gary Oldman, though.

BTW, I still find it funny how people like Nivek jumped my ass in the original thread because I didn't justify Bale's actions. Oh, the extent fans go to back up an actor who is just playing their favorite character.

I know it seems like some of you are just having fun by making fun of noirman (in a good nature), but at the sametime, eventually that good nature becomes a backlash and nitpicking.

Is it real. Is it fake. I don't know, but if it's real, some of the people here seem ungrateful of noirman's report. But that's typical of the internet.
