if i had to make a list of who's looked best, on screen, I'd say quicksilver in dofp, gustin flash, with aou quicksilver last. that's about the only thing about the trailer i didn't like. his superspeed looked boring.

I think Miller is like 5'11, and that's also what has been said about his height. I can base his height on what I've seen of him around other actors. He's not 6'2

He really is 6' 2. In photos of him in Perks he had only just turned 18.
Regardless, he was still taller then all the other actors. He was around 5' 11 in photos from Perks, but he did actually grow that much over 4 years.
& yeah that is Tilda Swinton beside him, who is very tall (& she's wearing heels there oh my god.)

Isn't Cavill like 6'1"-6'2"? How is this a problem? Especially since after MOS we know how damned powerful the character he is playing really is.

Miller being tall and wiry is a good think to my eyes. Visually he, Cyborg and Gadot will add some variety. Here's hoping Wilkinson nails the suit.

No, there's no reason to. Even Bane was still visibly shorter than Batman in TDKR. The best thing to do is to just see this as an elseworlds/alternate universe story.

Pretty much. And the thing is, the complaining about it has gotten so out of control and over the top, that you'd think Cavill was, like, Verne Troyer height. It's just impossible to take seriously anymore.

Yeah, it hardly matters in the first place, it's not like Cavill and BatFleck will be like Stallone and Lundgren in Rocky IV, but even if it did matter, movie magic has been able to make people appear whatever height they want them to for decades.

I can't believe I'm hearing this. This when the Boards erupted in a firestorm over 6'3 Hugh Jackman as Wolverine. Anyway I normally don't have a problem with height and it is a bit fan boyish but it's just something about Superman being the shortest of the lot. Really? Cavill is supposed to be 6'1 but i think he's a lil shorter then that maybe 6 feet. I'm still happy about miller's casting just had no idea he was so damn tall. Who in the hell still grows that much after 18? He's like 22 now and perks ams out in 2012 and clearly he was probably around 5'11. I suppose it happens I was done growing before I got outta high school.
