But still, if he just came out and explained to the fans why he wanted to leave specifically instead of pussyfooting around, I would've respected him much more. It's kind of why my respect for Peca went up after he signed with Toronto. He actually came out and gave a reason why he didn't stay in Edmonton. That's all I really wanted.

Blackhawks just had over 8,000 during the week against Nashville. They really have killed the NHL in Chicago. Doesn't help they haven't won a Cup in almost 60 years (right?) and all the other Chicago sports teams, including the IHL/AHL Chicago Wolves, have won championships, made trips to the playoffs or atleast back to respectablilty. They finally started drafting well and made some decent moves in the offseason. People talk about moving Atlanta or Florida, how about Chicago?
