Nah, I've always liked Vinnie. I just wish he'd pick better roles (or get offered better roles). The only movies I haven't liked him in were X-Men 3 and Swordfish. I'm sure The Condemned was awful too, but I never bothered to see it.

Luke Evans to Play the Villain in Fast & Furious 6

Variety reports that Luke Evans is in negotiations to play the villain in Universal Pictures' Fast & Furious 6. Twitch had previously said that Evans had received an offer for the role.

He'll be joining Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, Dwayne Johnson and Michelle Rodriguez in the Justin Lin-directed action thriller, written by Chris Morgan. Neil Moritz is producing along with Diesel and Clayton Townsend.

The trade says the May 24, 2013 release "would involve the crew heading overseas to work on a heist job. Evans would be the leader of another crew trying to pull off the same job."

Evans' recent credits include Immortals and The Raven. He can be seen this December in The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey.
