....and I think everyone's opinions will change.
Does anyone remember the Batman Begins boards right after the movie came out? Sure, there were a lot of positive reviews, but there were also a lot of people slamming the movie because it "wasn't like the Batman's before."
Now look....people keep praising Batman Begins, calling it one of the best super hero films of all time.
What changed? People change. Their opinions change. People think about the movie so much that they basically create it in their minds. They know Venom will be in the movie so they recreate what they feel Venom's fight should be like. When it is a little different they are up in arms.
Back to Batman Begins, I remember reading reviews of the movie before I saw it. People spoke about too many characters, the movie moved too fast and they didn't like when Scarecrow didn't look like "they" wanted him to look (sound familiar?). It made me nervous but I saw it 3 times in theaters and loved it.
Mark my words. This will happen with SM3. As soon as the dvd comes out, the same haters will be the first on in line to buy it. And when SM4 is in production (it will happen) those same haters will be the ones saying how good SM3 was and how hard it will be to top it.
