Family Matters

Martin has reruns beginning this upcoming Monday on...I kid you not...MTV2. Mid morning Mon-Fri I think, just google it or check your MTV 2 channel.

My favorites:

Sanford & Son
The Jeffersons
Good Times
What's Happenin'
The Cosby Show
A Different World
Martin
Family Matters
Fresh Prince of Bel Air
Amen
227
In Living Color
The Arsenio Hall Show

Decent:

Hangin' with Mister Cooper (that En Vogue intro was the best)
Living Single
Wayans Brothers
Sister to Sister
The Parkers (this show grew on me)
Moesha (didn't watch it a lot, but I thought it was okay when I did)
Everybody Hates Chris
The Game (seasons 1-3)

Quasi-AA Shows:

Benson
Diff'rent Strokes

Guilty Pleasures:

Eve (okay I've got a thing for Eve; good writing be damned)
For Your Love (also have a thing for Holly Robinson-Peete and Tamala Jones)
In the House (Maia Campbell was real cute and I will forever be an Alfonso Ribeiro fan)

Classics:
Fresh-prince-of Bel Air
The Cosby Show
Smart Guy
Martin
Good Times
Sanford & Son
Static Shock
What's Happening!

Underrated:
Sister, Sister (Straight hair eps are the best)
living Single
Wayan Bros
My Brother And Me (obscure cable sitcom that only lasted a season on 90's NICK I think)
Living Single
Roc
A different World
Cosby (CBS)
C-bear and Jamal

OK:
Hangin With Mr. Cooper
Family Matters
Gimme A Break
For your Love
Everybody Hates Chris
In the House
The PJs
Waynehead

Not a Fan but watched because I wanted to support black shows:
The Game
Girlfriends
Moesha
All of Us
Homeboys in Outer Space
The Parkers

Fresh Prince
Family Matters
In Living Color
Martin
The Jamie Foxx Show (back when Jamie Foxx was good)
Hangin' w/ Mr. Cooper
The Jeffersons
Sanford & Son
Smart Guy
The Wayans

seems like there was more variety and better shows with all black casts back in the day. most of the stuff now is all Tyler Perry crap. although that new show from Ice Cube does have its moments and it's thank in large part to Terry Crew, LOL. that guy is awesome!

Forgot about Jamie Foxx and The Steve Harvey Show (I really liked both) and Smart Guy and All of Us (Man, LisaRaye and Elise Neal together, that was enough for me). Another decent one was My Wife and Kids.

Steve Harvey was alright

i liked My Wife and Kids. pretty much any time a Wayans is involved, you know it will be funny.

Fresh Prince
The Boondocks. 2008 is back in the day for me.

I really wish Black Fraiser was a real show :csad:

Oh yeah I forgot about the Jackson 5 cartoon show as well :word:

some shows that need to be put on DVD sets or compilations-- Flip Wilson, That's My Mama, Baby I'm Back, Frank's Place, He's the Mayor, Bustin' Loose..

with all the nostalgia going on for certain shows, i'm surprised that none of them have had attempts to do new versions..

...was there ever a cable TV series or TV-movie in the 90s about a black family who were all wizards?

Martin
Wayans Bros
Homeboys in outer space(I was like 7 it was okay)
NY Undercover
Fresh-prince
In Living Color
Family Matters

And most of the shows posted above me.
