Captain America gets a costume change every movie. Which of the many suits we've seen him in is your personal favorite?

I voted for the WWII suit but the one in the 4th picture is my absolute favourite. I love how colourful it looked and how it seemed to really pop out at the end of The Winter Soldier.

I want to see this in Infinity War, just without the SHIELD logo and the black bits around the gloves. Go red or go home. :o

I'd have the black parts on the gloves be a slightly darker red. Plus, I'd do the same white arm portions like the Age of Ultron suit.

The Winter Soldier outfit (the one he wears for most of the film) was the best by far. I dont like the red and white horse**** or bright blue on the other outfits. Its gaudy.

His Avengers 1 outfit is easily the worst. Pure ****.

I thought I liked the Age of Ultron suit the most but all the blue of the the Civil war one just looks better. Honestly though I like them all even the first Avengers one isn't that bad if you ask me Cap has probably had some of the best cinematic costumes of any superhero.

AoU is the perfect balance between classic and modern Cap. First Avengers costume is easily the worst. I honestly didn't notice the CW costume was any different from AoU until this thread. I prefer having the white breaking up the sleeves.

Life savers, aspirin (for comrades), tooth brush, dental floss, notepad & pen, cell phone, $10 to pay off bets with Fury.

He pulled a tourniquet out of his belt to stop Cho's bleeding in AOU.

I really love all of Cap's suits, even the classic pajamas in TFA. I think they've all been perfectly suited to each movie they've been in. Having said that, I'll rank my favorites.

1. AOU/CW tie. They're almost identical, and I love the white biceps of AOU and the color and removed red of the CW suit. So it's a wash.

2. SHIELD stealth suit. Took Cap from the awkward, out of place guy he was in TA to an instant badass. The suit really reflects the movie as a whole.

3. The original TFA suit. Still love this one. Suits the time period perfectly, and I love how rugged and functional it looks. Plus the leather gloves are easily my favorite.

4. Rescue leather Jacket outfit. This one has a special place in my heart. Even if he wasn't Captain America, it would be a great action hero outfit, and the Cap costume emerging from under the jacket is a perfect mirror to Steve's progression.

5. The Avengers. Without the helmet, this costume is a 8 or 9 out of 10. Still love the colors and how comic-booky it was, perfect for the movie. Concept art was way better tho, and the helmet and zippers bring this outfit down.

6. Smithsonian suit. I like the original a bit more, due to the shoulder pads and colors.

I'm still hoping we get that elusive dragon-scale armor and it blows all the other suits away:woot:

AoU suit is my pick, but if the CW suit kept the white biceps and similar gloves from the AoU costume, that would be my new fave. What hurts the AoU costume is that it's overdesigned in certain areas, but I'd rather have that than the CW suit which went too far the other way in simplifying the design.

The Civil war one especially if he takes the scale mail armor and put it in the design.

Winter Soldier SHIELD suit. Feels more real.

I'd say his AoU costume is the best. The Avengers one is easily the worst, always looked like pajamas. Way to flimsy looking for a guy going into major battles.

AVengers 1 for me. Suit was close to the comic ls and popped color wise but they should have had his ears exposed and got rid of the weird neck collar

Either the original one or the Avengers: Age of Ultron one.

I posted this on my IG, but it really shows that while it seems like the changes are subtle, there's really nothing except the Helmet that is re-used as even the shield handles are different.

I don't like how the red and white are muted in the civil war costume.

The suit he wore in TWS where he infiltrated the ship and fought Batroc. Stealth suit?

Five years later ... And I'm still absolutely in love with the WW2 suit. The Avengers suit is definitely the worst one. While I didn't have a problem with it in The Avengers, I definitely see how weak it is when placed next to the other costumes.

(The Civil War suit looks pretty damn great, too.)

A bit disappointed that the scale armor suit was never featured in the film, there was a few pieces of merchandise that show cased it. Perhaps it was a concept that never worked out. Unfortunate, I think that if the civil war suit had the scales plus the white arms a la age of ultron it would be PERFECT.
