Well the biggest joke is the one he played on Batman with Rachel and Harvey.

But the pencil trick is just legendary.

The one he played on Batman is definitely the REAL killing joke

Yeah that makes me laugh all the time too, he sounds like a little kid. But my personal fav was the cellphone bit at the police station. "I want my phone call, I want it...I want it, I want my phone call"

I also loved the "you complete me." I don't know if it was an intentional rip on Jerry Maguire, but it sure as hell made me laugh

Man, this must just be a US thing... here in the UK we do not really react at all to most films apart from comedies. Say the pencil trick, that would probably get a s****** or a little quiet giggle from some of the audience and the rest can carry on with the film but nothing like you lot in the US, I seen this video on YouTube where the crowd is laughing so loud you cannot hear what the Joker is saying.

And the Joker's best joke were all of them, he is the Joker after all...

I found one that was amusing. Coleman Reese was being interviewed on the popular news show Gotham Tonight. The Joker calls in and emphasizes that he is to be dead in "60 Minutes".

My favourite bit of joker was when he called Lau a television, i was the only one who burst out laughing in the cinema.
