And note, that one of the reasons Hawley doesn't want to do quick consideration is there is (quite "conveniently") another "migrant caravan" on it's way and he wants more information from the nominee on how the border will be secured


Amazing how these "migrant caravans" always seem to pop up whenever the GOP needs people distracted from what's going on and then the caravan just magically disappears

I don't think Hawley should be expelled for objecting.... what he should be expelled for is the fact he knowingly incited the crowd outside beforehand... then worked to continue that incitement after they'd attacked and people had died.

Inciting a crowd to try and overthrow the government should be met with understanding and compassion......especially when they are chanting to hang the VP and shoot the Speaker.

Maybe they weren't really a lynch mob but were chanting "hang with Pence!" because they really wanted to hang out with him. And for Pelosi they just wanted to shoot the breeze with her.
