I was at IGN and it said that "in case you're interested, there is going to eb a Smallville feature". Now this is the first I've heard, but what are they talking about?

Is there going to be a TV-movie? Or is that feature just somethign for IGN?

I found that line when they talked about X-Men. Its here:

Oh. Well whats the status of it? Happening, not happening?

it will be figured out when they know they are ending i presume

This is qausi-old news. Some months back Jeph Loeb mentioned during an interview that when he was on the writing/producing staff for Smallville that he had drawn out and written a plan to end the series with a two hour telemovie. I presume it would've been a Donner-like ending of Smallville with Clark becomming Superman.

Say whaaaat!! That's news to me. :wow: When did you read, see or hear that?

That would be an AWESOME way to end the series.

umm I think he just means that he's doing a feature on Smallville for IGN soon.....not that there's a feature film for Smallville coming

Jeeze!

I swear I had to read that line in the IGN report a good five times before I figured out that "feature" meant "article" in the context it was used, not "motion picture."

Crikey! :cmad: :csad:

*siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiigh*

I emailed the author of that article and got this response:

Oh, I meant an article. :) Feature/article means the same thing here. No movie that I'm aware of. =P

Thanks for reading!

I always read his comics related stuff on IGN. He's also a big Smallville fan

Watching you guys freak out at that word makes me smile. It's funny how terms that are second nature to some mean something completely different to others. Feature is always some form of 'big deal content' when coming from the words of a journalist.
