🇺🇸 Fell Out of a Coconut Tree, It's Kamalot: The Kamala Harris Thread

US News

The more coming out of this book, the more I'm reminded why she lost in 2020.

Anyone who voted for Trump deserves whatever happens to them.

I find it really darkly funny hypocrisy that a lot of people have said that American presidential elections are too long, really wasteful for them to be that long, and now we have finally have a lot of people saying that this election was way too short, it was impossible, crazy to think she could win or even do well, establish herself well in only 107 days of running.

I think her short run does show well that long campaigns, campaigning actually is real important and beneficial for candidates to develop strengths, develop at least some defenses to attacks and/or for primary voters to see who will do better, who they prefer, do not prefer, should or should not go with.

It's widely accepted in political party strategy that the more time an incumbent leader (or if you are the opposing contender) has to allow for the electorate to get to know them, the better a chance of swaying the undecideds.
