Have you tried Demon's Souls? It's one of the best games of this generation IMO. It's a bit too hard at the beginning but the moment to kill your first or second "great demon" / boss, it becomes like crack. It has a great RPG system as well as varied and uinque level design.

Game makes a really harsh first impression and is one of those games that defines "angry controller tossing". I was really pissed about my purchase for the first 4-5 hours but after that it's heaven.

I'm mainly a 360 gamer but this is the game I've played most this generation of consoles. Heck, as the community says, the game only begins during 2nd or 3rd playthrough.

D Souls FTW! Seriously hope you'll like it. Don't let the frustration of first 5-10 hours turn you off. The game is really worth it IMO.
