About Eddie, in the comics and almost every incarnation he was always a jerk, so it was easy to turn him evil. In this series he was a friend of Peter so it was harder to turn him into a baddie who hates Parker's guts. I think in his first appearance it was 70% the Symbiote driving anyway, Eddie was just along for the ride...Hopefully we'll just see more things happen to Eddie to make him hate Spider-Man more. They did VERY well with JJJ.

yea i would love to see a episode set in the past about what was going on with peter/eddies parents and why they were killed, maybe have it tie in with some villain like a mob guy or something like silvermane or something.

I mentioned this earlier on an extra episode (nice idea with the mob boss), but I think one episode on thier past will be fine for me.

Does Venom actually appear and have any dialogue in this episode, or is it just Eddie?

Great episode today.

It aired. Always does in this time.

Exactly what I was thinking. I would really want to see an episode about Peter's and Eddie's relationship. From how they were first setup, it seems they were very much like brothers, and you can't really take that away from a person no matter how bad they gets, symbiote can never truly eradicate that brotherly bond between them. Therefore, I think it would be logical for Eddie to swallow his anger and see through it, be friends with Peter again whether it's in his last moment or not.

Now for the episode itself. A great episode again altogether, loved the way they handled Sandman, and what route he's taken. [BLACKOUT]Eddie making Peter think that he gotten the symbiote back only to let Peter lead him to the place he buried the symbiote in the first place was a genius idea on Eddie's part, and also the fact that he made custom web-shooters, showing that he is smart. Also, that sand castle scene was great, nice reference to the deleted scene in Spider-Man 3.[/BLACKOUT] A 8/10 for sure.

MAHAHAHHAHAHHAHA!!!:hehe:

If you are a fan of Sandy you will enjoy this.

So when do you think it's coming online?

^^ Probably soon, I'd say. This is great. I get to see the episode some time today, see a new Wolverine spot tonight, and then tommorow probably pick up new Spidey figs.

Yea i hope the yt uploaders get it up faster then last week.

I'll say.

So what exactly happens to Sandman in this episode? Could one of you Canadians put it in in spoiler tabs, please?

[BLACKOUT]Well towards the end there is a fight on an Oil Tanker, Sandman turns into a giant and fights Spidey, much like in SM-3, except this was more fun. The oil catches on fire and the tanker is about to explode when Sandman grabs rest of the crew that didn't get out and safely thrusts them towards the beach, and than throws Spider-Man to safety. And just when the tanker is about to explode, Sandman, still a giant, envelops it and the ship explodes and he turns solid: I think he turned to glass. Anyways, his giant form breaks apart and Spidey thinks he's dead, but later they show Sandman reform on the beach and then turning into sand, flying away. Towards the end, Eddie leaves a message in Flash's birthday party (there was a camera for everyone to leave a comment), and tells Peter that "We are coming".[/BLACKOUT] Hope this helps you get excited :D.

That all sounds great.

They're really exploring Sandman's good side. I like that.
