I can't really name one favorite, but The Avengers is probably the best comic book film experience to to what it was and when it came out.
TDK doesn't make my top 10.
TDK doesn't make my top 10.
This is a difficult question so my simple answer is... either Logan, Spider-Man Homecoming, or The Avengers

I don't think the MCU is ever going to top Winter Soldier. They have too many characters to ever really do a solo film again that focuses on one character and has this kind of far reaching effect on the universe. Their need to go wide from here on out limits their ability to go this deep again. And while TWS touches on themes every bit as deep as TDK, it has a comic book flair and attention to detail and character that touches every character, not just the antagonist. You can go back and get new things from it, and it's from the ground up a great experience, even the over-CGIed 3rd act doesn't fall apart technically like the ones from the latest MCU films, mostly due to lots of great practical work.
TWS is the high point of the MCU's ability to actually say something with their films (though Black Panther comes close). Just as Iron Man is the template for the MCU's hero's journey, The Winter Soldier film is the template for how to do supporting superheroes, future supporting antagonists and more that affects everything that comes after it. It is absolutely the MCU's best kept secret.

Agree. After seeing BP again its the standard for MCU films imo.Winter Soldier may be the template but Black Panther is definitely the standard on how to bring supporting characters on screen and how powerful a message Marvel could really achieve on film. Also I think Killmonger is a far more complex villain than anyone in TWS. That being said, The Russos achieved a balance of drama, comedy, and action that I don't think any superhero film has come close to matching.
It really isn't.TDK not really in my top 10. It's more a Joker movie than a Batman movie anyway. Much prefer Batman Begins.
I can't do more than tier them really. Too close to rank them
1-Watchmen, Kick Ass, Mystery Men, Winter Soldier
2-Thor 3, Civil War, Avengers, Spider-Man 2, Spider-Man 1, Spider-Man Homecoming, Iron Man, X2, Batman Begins, Guardians of the Galaxy
3-Guardians of the Galaxy 2, Logan, Batman 89, Superman TM, Wonder Woman
That's really the ones I can watch at any time. The genre is really healthy right now
