Forever Evil

I'm not Finch's biggest fan, I think some of his faces are ugly or too childish. That said, I think his work on Forever Evil is solid. I would rather see Reis on art duty though. But he gets the job done.

Now, imagine if we were lucky enough to have Gleason being the artist on Dc next big event. One can dream.

Gleason is amazing.

I've liked the art for Forever Evil for the most part. The final panel of the past two issues have been lacking (Luther's group forms and Sinestro arrives). The rest has been alright. But yeah, I'd have rather seen Reis on the core title.

I wonder when that female Green Lantern from the teaser is gonna show up..

I was surprised they didn't use a more high profile artist on this event. The main book shouldnt look worse than the regular titles. Though the last issue didn't look as bad.

Finch is pretty high profile even though his work has declined severly over the years. He is just not suited for a monthly book, it needs a bi-monthly schedule.

Finch is a cover artist. Like Alex Ross and Glenn Fabry couldn't do monthly books, but they'd do damn good covers.

Yea man, I'm worried what this is going to do to Nightwing. That book I almost keep dropping just because I usually don't care about Dick but these last few months I'm looking forward to it more and more. I'm digging Forever Evil so far. Villains month is a bit much but Relic's backstory was probably my favorite so far.

well i'm hoping that the current events will somehow take Nightwing to Bludhaven.

Jonn Jonzz could be used to help Dick's identity crisis

I hope they don't do that. Dick being outed has the potential to be great. If they reverse it instantly then it just reeks of the same failure that marvel had post Civil War when Spidey's secret identity was restored,

I just get the feeling that Dick will have nowhere to go but Bludhaven because of whats happening to him.

And bludhaven being as bad as it is could be explained somehow or conected to the crime syndicates actions.

I imagine Bludhaven to be so bad no one would probably recognise him or care.

I dont know anything i'm just spit ballin here but it just seems like a good oppertunity for DC to take him back to Bludhaven and whoop some ass.

I just don't see how anyone with half a brain cannot make Batman's identity, after this! Cant wait to see how this plays out.

Yeah it is kind of stupid. Though anyone who knows Dick is Bruce's ward wouldn't be able to broadcast it at the moment because the internet is controlled by the CS. Makes you wonder how this story is going to end.

Maybe that's the angle.....

I have been digging this book. Love that Ultraman is Kryptonite addict. Thought that was an interesting take. I do think the prison inside of Firestorm's mind is a bit silly...but it's keeping the heroes occupied til they can make a triumphant return.

ALSO, I have been looking for an Earth 2 page on these forums and haven't found one yet. Any help?

So do I.....

It's inside the matrix, not his mind.

I agree its a bit silly but it serves its purpose for now. FE and JL are more than making up for it plus, more Martian Manhunter and Star Girl is totally cool with me.

I think the Firestorm matrix thing is cool. But I would have preferred Power Ring's ring.

From what we know, there is no earth 3 anymore.

Hell just being marooned on some desolate Earth or something would have worked.

Actually, Pandora was temporarily sent to Earth-3 in her book and briefly met their Martian Manhunter. So it definitely still exists. It's just really really crispy.
