BB was done wonderfuly and TDK seems to be even better in terms of depth of plot. And yes TLH is definatley a source for TDK even more so then BB.

See, you people can't get it through your thick skulls that not all of us loved Batman Begins. And TLH had Carmine Falcone attempting to launder money through Gotham National Bank, which is way more intelligent than this stupidity.

1. These are old-school gangsters. I wouldn't put it past them to keep all their ill-gotten gains in-house, in a bank THEY own. The dialogue from the sides suggests that they felt their reputation alone would stop anyone from hitting the bank.

3. These are the same gangsters whose boss - Falcone - goes down to the scene of a drug shipment to "keep an eye on things", then when Batman attacks he goes outside to investigate instead of making a quiet getaway. They aren't the sharpest knives in the drawer.

The off-shore bank account option just didnt pop-up yesterday its been around for awhile, Almost every Batman story(there are exceptions, I know) has been set with some 50's style to it, even the previous movies, but it is very much modern in Begins, also if we got everything that has been "spoiled" to us, then this would contradict everything we've gotten or heard from Nolan since 2005. I'm not saying this stuff is horrible or that I dont want to see it, b/c some of the things sound very interesting, but I just dont think realistically we are getting all this.

I don't want the movie to fail. Even Miranda Fox has said that this is stupid beyond belief.

And BB is much more intelligent then Burtons films by far.

I spend my time where I want. And I spend my time there because in this forum there is a kind of "bee swarm" mentality. Attack something and the swarm attacks.

And I see the flaws of the Burton films but I am not trying to justify them. But here it's that a lot of people are only defending everything Nolan does. If It were the other way 'round, say Burton wouldn't have made the Joker permawhite and Nolan would do it then you would say "burton was so wrong, and Nolan gets it right".

It truly has been a long time since LR got it right. Though they did have the Hulk leak or what ever, but even that was outdated.

Oh well I will wait to see what happens with the ILM footage. But Nolan is very smart, and I never fear the depth and intelligence of his movies.
