Frozen 2

I guess Disney wants a Thanksgiving 2018 release for Frozen 2. I'd be shocked if the Mouse House releases it outside the holiday season.

Life is not some cartoon musical where you sing a little song and all your insipid dreams magically come true.

:o

Interesting that Bell tries to make it sound like it took them a 'long time' to find the right story to tell. Frozen is only a few years old. Ask the fans of The Incredibles what it's like to wait a truly 'long time' for a sequel!

It took almost two years for my kid to stop wanting to watch this all the time. I'm not prepared to deal with that again. :funny:

Too bad, treasure these two years of calm you have left. :o

Here's a Collider Movie Talk clip on this from yesterday,

This is literally the third time you've posted the same video in different threads. :funny:

Disney, Demi Lovato and Idina Menzel are reportedly being sued by singer Jaime Ciero over Frozen's big hit 'Let It Go'

This is funny. :hehe:

There are about 2 notes in the chorus that might sound similar, but the rest doesn't at all. It's if you sung "it go, it go" (dropping the "let"), and even then the tune isn't exact either. He's really reaching.

I've heard other songs which are far more similar than that before.

I've seen the Frozen spin off short that was attached to Coco and I was unimpressed with the animation just like Frozen. I hope Frozen 2 will look far more superior.

It's funny. I personally love the animation in Frozen, but the shorts have looked dull and bland to me.

It's a bit late to sue over a song from Frozen, isn't it? Can't really see that going anywhere...

Didn't he think immediately at the time that it sounded familiar? If it took him several years to place the tune because he knew it sounded vaguely like something but couldn't figure out what, only to realise it was his own song, then he can't have much of a case. It just wasn't that similar to begin with.

My problem is that he's suing the singers and not the Lopezes, the people who actually wrote the song?

They aren't as famous. :o
