I just don't know what else you can do. The last movie was a good sendoff to the franchise even though they kind of went back on everything they set up in the previous two movies.

If you want to call simply reuniting the original Jurassic Park cast with the Jurassic World cast a sendoff to the franchise, then sure I guess. Absolutely nothing changed from the end of Fallen Kingdom to the end of Dominion other than the stupid locust plotline being resolved.

OK but what do we want to happen here? Do we want peaceful coexistence with dinosaurs and humans, or do we want dinosaurs wreaking havoc and basically sending the planet back to the jurassic age? Do we want dinos to evolve into highly intelligent dinos like the apes in Planet of the Apes?

Do we want Mad Max with dinosaurs? What is the next step here?

I'd be fine with a simple story that delivers on dinosaur action, basically along the lines of The Lost World or even Jurassic Park III but with a better script.

OK but Jurassic Park 3 was critically panned and the worst box office performer of the franchise. Surely they will want to aim higher than that.

Using ‘World’ again is minor but kind of lame. But it’s hard to expect anything above that in this franchise at this point.

Take a cue from the ‘Dinosaurs Attack’ card game.

Just not another JP movie that’s mostly on an island, please! That’s been done ad nauseam.

Show the full on impact of bringing dinosaurs back to life in the present day.
