It's been around since 1993, so I think it'll survive another decade.I thought they were rebooting? Its just another sequel? Can this universe even sustain it?
Aside from the cast and the director, hard to be optimistic about this. Dominion was a huge disappointment for me. This can't be worse... right?
Surving is one thing. Giving us quality is another. It's been around since 1993, so I think it'll survive another decade.![]()
I mean, I can't say I don't understand where you're coming from, but by that logic, then any potential dinosaur horror media that's not Jurassic Park related should just be put to rest or not be greenlit because "it's been done before".I honestly wish people would stop going to see these movies. Aside from the first one, they’re terrible (IMO). It’s just that the more recent efforts have been so mind-numbingly stupid that they made The Lost World and JP3 look like The Godfather. I really don’t get what the appeal is anymore. Does watching dinosaurs attacking humans really wow people that much for the sixth or now seventh time? The films either have nothing new to offer and are just retreads of prior films (JW & JWFK) or take the story in such a weird, idiotic direction that you can see why new ideas aren’t always good ones (JWD). Aside from some of the actors, nothing about this new film gives me any hope that it will be an improvement over previous films.
I could see a biblically accurate dino film being different enough:I mean, I can't say I don't understand where you're coming from, but by that logic, then any potential dinosaur horror media that's not Jurassic Park related should just be put to rest or not be greenlit because "it's been done before".
