I agree completely, but if she turns up in this, I tried to hope she was in a role without much screen time. ALthough I did not like that movie anyway, I keep coming back to Observe and Report on this whereShe doesn't have anywhere near the acting chops to pull off a replacement for Jeanine. Why did Ackroyd have to pick the one actress I hate so much I can't finish a film with her in it? I hate everything about Faris; her laugh, her nuances, her facial expressions, her voice, her timing, everything.
Every time I see her on TV I want to reach into it, put my hands around her neck, and swing her around like a chicken. It's like I woke up into my worst nightmare, all about Ghostbusters III. I need a drink.
Anna Faris was supposed to be the love interest through the film, being all ditzy and stupid like she plays in every film. And then randomly they show her having sex with one of the film's antagonists near the end just to eff up the main character's life some more.
