If the original crew is involved, mark my words...she'll be back.
Maybe... but she's seems pretty adamant she won't have anything to do with it.
Mike Moody: The rumor is you might revisit one of your famous comedy roles, Dana Barrett, in another Ghostbusters sequel. Where do you think Dana and Peter Venkman's relationship will be when the new movie picks up?
Sigourney Weaver: Probably non-existent.
Really?
Yeah, I'm pretty sure. I think they're still writing it, but (laughs) I'd be very surprised ... You never know. I just did a benefit with Bill (Murray), and we love working together, but I think they're trying to create something new completely with the Ghostbusters, although I know Bill is in it. I hope my little son Oscar (from Ghostbusters II) is a Ghostbuster!
So, you won't be appearing in the movie?
No, I don't expect to have anything to do with it, although I wish them well.

As far as Moranis goes, this is what Ramis had to say:
FJI: Are you reprising your role?
Ramis: We're all in if it works. If the script's no good, no.
FJI: Does that include the fourth Ghostbuster, Ernie Hudson?
Ramis: Yeah, definitely. And Annie Potts and whoever wants to come back. I know all the guys want to come back except for [Rick] Moranis, who's disappeared. Not disappeared physically. But he's not too interested in entertainment at this time. Don't know why.

Also, here's an old interview with Moranis from 2006, where he was asked about coming back for another film:
It's a long shot to be sure, but hypothetically speaking, if it all came together, would you go back to do a third movie? It always being talked about and I think that people invest a lot of their heart in it, underestimating what it takes to make a movie. But in the land of whimsy, would you go back and do Louis again. I know for a fact that Louis is, potentially CFO in the next movie. Is there someplace to go with the character?
I think I might be a little too old to put on that equipment again. I think at some point every Canadian knows when to hang up their skates and I think I'd rather remember Louis the way he was and not try and figure who he is in his 50s.
There's a debate online, do you make it with the old crew or with a bunch of new kids.
I thought the funny was had in one movie. I didn't like the experience in shooting the second one, or the final product.
