I really think each bike here is a complete Transformer, or at least the pink one is. If it was just a drone combiner, why would it have a head and two arms of its own?

You can see the two eyes and the helmet ridge on the head. I'm pretty sure that part on top is in the process of folding onto her back.

why is everyone against wheels for legs? i think it's pretty awesome and it's actually kinda practical. i'm not saying that all the TFs should have this feature, but i'd imagine that it'd be less of a hassle and more energy efficient to just spin your tires as opposed to using 2 metal appendages to run on.

Well, if Arcee wants to spin her tires, she just need to transform to bike to get the mobility she needs. Robotic form should function differently than vehicle form.

Maybe, but again the whole point behind Transformers is that they transform into something totally different from their alt forms, not just partly different.

But that being said, I'll take an Arcee with wheels for legs over a non-robot drone vehicle combiner.


Of course, there's also the possibility that Arcee can roll along on her wheels in robot mode and also transform the wheels to legs if she wants.

She could just be in wheel mode because she's giving chase. She could be able to do both, ya never know.

i don't like that train of thought. it limits the formations to just a bipedal robot and just a vehicle instead of having a robot that can use it's vehicle parts the way they were meant to be used.

Of course, there's also the possibility that Arcee can roll along on her wheels in robot mode and also transform the wheels to legs if she wants.

that would be cool.

you see so much comic artwork of her as just a pink robot... it makes these wheelie bots hard to get. i do agree that it would be awesome if she could change her legs to wheels for chases. THATD be like DorkyFresh said, a creature learning its form.
