So what do you guys think of this?

If this is all true then wow. I disliked him to begin with and thankfully no one here in New York buys the America's Mayor BS anyways but like I said if this thing is true then I've lost any respect I had for him.

Wow, if true, this makes me hate him even more than I already did. And that's saying something. :o

what does it say?

What a shocker.

what does it say?

Apparently, Rudy Poo allowed the firefighters to work with sub-standard equipment that was never field tested, and the equipment worked like ****. The fire fighters in the towers never got the order to evacuate due to having crap radios (the NYPD did have working radios and all the cops made it out), and that was the reason they were in the towers when they collapsed.
And Rudy is using their deaths to help his political career.

does this video also talk about the gold, that when found, rudy said looking for more people was too dangerous?

13 minutes¿! .....ZzZzzzz. :o

I watched half of this video [patiently] before I heard enough of that disgruntled mumbo-jumbo. This video doesn't make Giuliani any more/less of a schmutz than I already think he is.

The NYC firefighters and cops (among other groups) are going out of their way to publicize the horrible ethics and opportunistic preying on tragedy that Giuliani has going for him. It should speak very loudly about the man.

My concern over Giuliani is that he seems to be propped up over the fact that he was the mayor during 9/11 and made some great speeches afterwards. I'm not overly surprised by this video because other than making New York more tourist friendly, he just seems like someone who would be overmatched as the President of this country. I've yet to see the quality that he possesses other than being well known by the American public that would signal potential success in office.

His campaign has basically stalled at this point anyway. But this does nothing to help him, that's for sure.

The thing that I find funny is, that people seem to forget what a horrible mayor he was before 9/11.

Too true. All my friends and family in/from NYC HATE Giuliani. They remember him for being a fascist and an opportunist with some VERY questionable ethics.

Guiliani cleaned up NYC but it was at the expense of the NYPD and NYFD. Crappy pay and even now under Bloomberg, I seriously don't know how those recruits will make it under the new salaries.

He cleaned up NYC quite a bit, I'll give him credit for that. Skeletons aside, I'm not going to knock the good things he did.

Giuliani gave the IMPRESSION of a cleaned up NYC; he didn't REALLY clean it up. And Bloomberg is Giuliani The Second.

If I could give a dime to fight world hunger for every time someone used the "Hitler..." line, I'd have to start giving dimes to fight world obesity.

It's an overused line, but the good IMO doesn't outweigh the bad, in both cases. And no, before Slim or whatever other neo-con poster comes in here, I'm not comparing Rudy to Hitler.

He's more like Mussolini, anyway. :oldrazz:

Bad comparison aside, I get it. It's apparent he's cut too many corners, subsequently rubbing too many people the wrong way, and it'll ultimately doom what originally appeared to be a good (slim?) chance at the vacating White House bedroom.

I don't think the dems are the least bit worried about him anymore.

This isn't surprising at all, the public services of NYC have been saying these things since 1993....he's still bringing in tons of money to his campaign through all of this......

Thing is if these people want to open this up to the nation, they've got to move from YouTube to the mainstream media....and from the unions to the people we just saw.....getting to the mainstream media and getting their stories out there......BUT ths was very well put together, and hopefully is a step in getting the information out to the masses. The one downside to this, and I know the guy addressed it, but you have a VERY LARGE % of people in the US that despise unions, and in my opinion it would be wise of the Firefighters, and their families to distance themselves from the union, and canvas this nation. Do a grassroots campaign and follow the example of Bill Clinton when he did it, there campaign is one of "here is who you do not want to vote for"....let the union fund it, but keep the unions name out of it.

Towards the end they post a press release stating all the good things Rudy did for the NYFD, no mention of the charges.

Thanks Slinger, I think the commentators questions, maybe a good look at the questions, and or understanding of a good cross-section of this country....I think the best defense the FDNY has is that Gulianni is "running on his 9/11 leadership", not the total years of leadership in public service.........that is what they need to hit hard on....
