Heather sounds a lot like Britney vocals wise, but she's singing Me Against The Music which gives her bonus points for me, because that song is hella fast and difficult for someone whose probably not much singing to do.

I want Finn to do more classic rock songs, those have been my favorite songs so far.

Wow, I find "The Only Exception" to be Paramore's worst single (but not their worst song). I'd actually like to see the group do Brick by Brick or Ignorance....

Anyway, moving on. I just wanted to say after listening to a slew of Britney Spears songs, "The Only Exception" sounds absolutely wonderful. A breath of fresh air after bubble gum pop that after two minutes becomes, pardon the pun, toxic.

I will watch this episode because visually it looks entertaining and I love Brittany getting an episode (and given the python clip she'll have a lot more fans methinks after next week's episode), but a pedestrian Paramore song will be the musical highlight of the episode.

That just says something about how mediocre Britney's music is.

Mini theater geek rant.. Sunshine says she's singing Listen from the movie Dreamgirls. Rachel corrects her and say "Musical first!". Except Listen is a song written for the film, and was never in the show.

Yeah, I just think it was phrased wrong.

Well, yes. Yes she is. That's where the song is from. Unless she was supposed to say "I'm singing 'Listen' from the movie Dreamgirls, that is based on the Broadway show."

I think if they really want to bring in a rival for Rachel, they need to find another female bway girl like she was. Bring in Sasha Allen, or Emily Padgett.

Oh yeah, Sasha is definitely an amazing powerhouse vocalist compared to Anna, I just love Kendrick. I'd be happiest with both appearing on the show, and I would say that's theater boy wishing, but with how the guest starring is on the show, you never know.
