I see no problem with it. Just keep in mind that 18 is still considered a baby by elven standards; their average life span is 500 years.

I know. But don't they look like a normal 18/21 year old would, and then stay that way a good amount of years, and slowly look older but still young? I figured they wouldn't actually look "adult as in 30/40s" until being around 250-325 years old.
If not, I could edit that small age thing to make it more appropriate. But it really doesn't matter because the intro to the first story is set before the story actually takes place. So he is still talking about the past of that past briefly.

They'd definitely look that way, yes. I was just saying that an 18 year old elf is still considered a baby by elven standards, regardless of how old they look.

Slieken instinctively ducked, hearing footsteps behind him in the dark alley. Olan's attack that would have caught the elf in the center of the neck down through the ribs, instead just grazed his shoulder. Slieken continued the duck into a backwards roll, whilst pulling his dagger's from their sheaths on his boots. Slashing precisely, he cut at his attacker's calves, and with a satisfying pop from each, he knew that he had severed both Achille's tendons. The man first got a look of shock, then of pain in his eyes, as his legs quivered and gave out, dropping him to his knees and elbows.

Trusty, one thing about your recent post...
A mage in this world can only master and use one discipline, and Magus mastering and using Druidic and Transformational. along with Necromancy, is against the rules.
I thought it wouldn't be an issue because he isn't a playable character. Also, the dude's evil and will live for at least 500 years (since he is an elf). That still isn't allowed? I thought it would be an exception because he is a non-playable villain from a long long time ago. Also, I haven't gotten to the actual story; this is still the Prologue to the story my Bard plans to tell. I thought I made that clear.

Well, I expected one of you two to say something. I just thought this was not the same since he is a non-playable character; that's why I didn't worry about it.
I understand the magic rules for magic users, and have no issue with that, but I thought it applied to playable ones.

Race/Culture: Japanese human with no religion.
Racial Traits (traits specific to your race; a list can be found in the second post of the OOC thread) (For races not listed, GMs must create traits for that race first before player approval): He's a human with a goatee and a long scar across his left eye. He has long hair that he keeps tied in a pony-tail.
Character Class (Somewhat similar to the classes in the CAH RPG, but with some differences) (Choose One):
Fighter. He is an expert swordsman (he has to be if he wants to live).
Speech Color and/or Font (actually say what you're using, i.e. Arial Black; don't go "Like this", or what not):
Palatino Linotype x3, dark purple, bold.
Character Alignment (Good/Evil/Neutral): Lawful evil
Character Personality (Give information on how your character acts, what he/she believes in, how they handle situations):
Oni believes that only the strong are fit to rule this world. he does not believe in gods of any kind, as he sees belief as a weakness. He commands his armies and personal assassins to do his bidding. He only emerges when the time is right. He is a merciless bastard and a conniving schemer, however, he has a very strong sense of honor and NEVER backs down from a challenge.
Origin Info/Details (don't be blunt, be as thorough as possible):
Oni's father, Oda Ryu, was a powerful Shogun warlord who commanded the vast armies of Japan's Shadow Valley. he ruled over most of Japan with an iron fist until the day he was assassinated by his own son. Oni then ate his father's heart believing it would give him his father's strength. He became Shogun at the age of nine. Over the years, Oni has attained a vast knowledge of the mystical arts and swordplay. Oni now commands the Forces of Shadow to realize his dream of world conquest.

Strength Level: Normal Human,
Speed/Reaction Timing Level: Peak Human

Notable Equipment: Oni carries his enchanted katanas with him at all times.

Oni has obtained immortality due to the enchantment that was placed on his father. When Oni ate his father's heart, he recieved the enchantment as well. Oni cannot be killed by weapons or magic, however, he can be killed by any weapon if challenged to a one-on-one duel. Due to his strong sense of honor, Oni can NEVER refuse a duel. If Oni is killed in a duel, his spirit will automatically posses one of thirteen chosen generals who command the various sections of Japan he has conquered (of which he has conquered most of). If all of his generals fall in battle and Oni is killed, he dies for good.
Supporting Characters (Does your character have a significant other? A mother? A Friend? Who are they, what do they have to do with your character?): My army and my legion of assassins. As well as Kyo, Oni's dark wizard, and Renji, Oni's warmaster. Renji is a paladin who believes that Oni is God. Also, Kenpachi, Oni's top assassin, and Hojo, who acts as oni's top scientist and alchemist.
Describe using proper English grammar what you think you can bring to the RPG:
A villain (you only have one of those). And two characters in the future, as a friend of mine wishes to play as Renji soon (he created him. I just added Renji as my supporting character until my friend can play as him). i can also bing experienced role-playing.

"My Lord. I have news from the South front."
"Speak, wizard."
"My Lord, the villagers speak of an uprising. Many say that you are a plague upon this land. I have brought a representative of the village who wishes to speak with you."
Oni nods and a man somewhere in his thirties with a foolishly confident look on his face, enters the room. He kneels before his Shogun.
"My Lord. I am a representative of the village of Tempachi, and I come before you today with a proposal."
Kyo looked over at Oni, but said nothing.
"Speak."
"Thank you, my Lord. My fellow villagers have been complaining about the soldiers who have been resting and staying in the houses of the villagers. They have become... Unruly. They eat all of our food, they rape our women, and they start fights in the streets."
Oni's eyes grew wide.
"Really? I see how this would be a problem to you and your people. Do not worry, my loyal servant. I shall deal with this problem immediately."
"Thank you, my Lord! My people will be very pleased to hear this."
"However."
The villager seemed both interested and nervous at the same time.
"Hm?"
"I have been told that your people have been speaking of an uprising. Is this true?"
"Well... Y-yes, my Lord, but-"
"Then I must take actions to make sure that this will not take place. Kyo."
The wizard stepped forward.
"Yes, my Lord?"
"I want you to see to it that every member of the Tempachi village has their thumbs removed."
"Your will be done, my Lord."
The villager was stunned.
"But... BUT...! My Lord, PLEASE!"
"Tell your people that I demand a bountiful harvest of food to be delivered to my palace one year from now."
"But how will we use our tools?! How-?"
"That is YOUR problem. Not mine. Kyo, remove this man from my sight."
The wizard bowed and dragged the stunned man out of the palace.

Finally a non-European character. I like the D&D alignment touch with the lawful evil. The idea of him being served by a Blackguard that thinks he is a god. Nice little touch as well.
I will have to talk with Ferret though about the inclusion of a Spell Sword style class first before approval. So, I ask that you please remain patient.

Thanks. I grew up playing D&D, and when I saw this RPG, I just had to be a part of it. Take as much time as you need, man,I'll be right here.Finally a non-European character. I like the D&D alignment touch with the lawful evil. The idea of him being served by a Blackguard that thinks he is a god. Nice little touch as well.

All the characters save for the soon-to-be-approved Ryu are in Europe.
